If you would like to book Barry Yacht Club for your Wedding, Engagement, Corporate Event, Baby Shower, Wakes or Birthday Parties (excluding 18th & 21st), etc., our room hire charges are shown below. To book, please complete the form below or email secretary@barryyachtclub.co.uk to check date availability for you. Catering arrangements then need to be made directly with our in-house caterers, please contact Kerrie our Bar & Events Manager on 07809 406678, to discuss this and any other details required for your booking.
Room Hire Charges
Evenings – Friday/Saturday/Sunday (typically 7.00 pm – midnight)
Members £100 – 5 hours
Non-members £140 – 5 hours
£30 Per hour for any extra hours.
Afternoons – Friday/Saturday/Sunday (typically 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm)
Members £60
Non-members £80
Monday to Thursday – day or evening (times as above)
Members – free
Non-members – £40
£50 (members) or £100 (non-members) deposit is required to hold the date, plus £50 refundable deposit for damages after the event. Balance is due two weeks before the event.
Wakes – Members free/Non-members £75.00
For wedding packages & corporate events – please email secretary@barryyachtclub.co.uk to check dates for you and (Kathryn Donovan a member of our executive committee will then be in touch with you on behalf of the club).
Please ensure you advise us if disabled access is required. We have a chair lift to enable access to the function room.
