For Sale - Achilles 9m – Maňana (previously known as Nautigal) – Sail No 2

Achilles 9m yacht

Fast, fin keel 5/6 berth yacht, built by Chris Butler in Swansea.  In excellent condition, the hull is in original gel coat.  It has a good quality mainsail with lazy jacks/stacking cover along with furling genoa, both in good condition.
In addition there is a full suite of sails including spinnaker and cruising chute.  A baby stay has been fitted and a storm jib is included.

The engine is a Volva Penta 2 MD2 still going strong.

The interior was fully re-upholstered in 2013.  There is a fresh water tank, radio, log, echo sounder, radar reflector, solar panel and auto helm.  Since we have owned her, a new fore hatch has been installed, a new oven and grill, an A-frame across the stern (allowing safe recovery of outboard and dinghy, deck/cockpit lighting) and an extending boarding ladder allowing safe and easy boarding from the water or dinghy.

Maňana is fun, stable and fast to sail and all lines have been fed back to the cockpit to make single handed sailing easy.

We are interested in offers around £12,000 or an exchange for a Westerly Griffon (twin/bilge keel configuration).

Maňana is afloat in Barry, Wales – any request for inspection/trial sail welcome.
